Empty calories that you find in junk food and sodas are just an example of empty calories. These are calories that cannot help you in any way. Shakeology does not contain empty calories. If you are an emotional eater, this may be a little tougher to accomplish but if you set your mind to it and adjust your goals you can do it. Emotional eating is very common and it causes you to eat even when you are not hungry. You may eat just because you are feeling stressed out, upset, or discouraged. You may even eat when you feel angry or sad. Substitute one meal with Shakeology and you will feel the difference in no time. Shakeology is going to make a difference in your life from the first shake.
